2022 Raider Invasion Golf Tournament

Come and support the Marine Raider Foundation at the 2022 Raider Invasion Charity Golf Tournament on Friday, July 15th at Pelican Hill Golf Course in Newport Beach, California.  This year’s Raider Invasion will take place at Pelican Hill Golf Club on the Ocean North course.  Occupying a higher piece of ground than its sister Ocean South course, the North Course boasts sweeping panoramic ocean views from every hole!  Long-range vistas toward Catalina Island and the city of Newport Beach make a round here instantly memorable, especially in late afternoon as the sun sets behind the Pacific.  If you can periodically focus on the course, you will be rewarded with 18 holes that test your courage, quicken your pulse, and stir your soul.  Join us for a great day of golf while “Helping those who have sacrificed the most.”

Event History

The Raider Invasion Golf Tournament began back in 2018 when Orange County Marine Raider Foundation ambassadors banded together to raise charitable donations through building awareness of the Marine Raiders and their participation as the newest organization of Special Operations Command (SOCOM).  This group of ambassadors is led by Marine Raider Foundation Board Member Alex Martini.  The team includes Jamie Kline, McCay Major, Sam Overton, Felipe Hermosillo, and Tanner Tremaine.  In its first two years, the Raider Invasion Golf Tournament raised over $195,000 to help support the Marine Raider Foundation’s mission.  While 2020 saw the event cancelled due to COVID19, the Raider Invasion Team was back full force in 2021.  You can contribute to the success of the 2022 Raider Invasion Golf Tournament by becoming a sponsor, purchasing a foursome, making a monetary donation, and/or donating an item for the silent auction.
