The Marine Raider Challenge is a 12-mile start to finish endurance race with an ocean fin, hike, pool, and a finisher that will be led by a group of EXOS physical training staff. This event will be physically challenging, but fun. There is no weight requirement for the hike. The course starts and finishes at the Pier in San Clemente, CA and will take place on Saturday, February 17th – Presidents Day Weekend.
The event will host (30) 2-man buddy teams who will be running to raise money for the SOF charity of their choice. The teams will be featured on our site and will set up individual fundraising pages via FirstGiving. This will create an opportunity for teams to share their story and why they are passionate about the cause they are supporting.
Pete, Prime, and Derek will raise money for Marine Raider Foundation through corporate sponsorship.
Current and Former Marine Raiders and Direct Support are encouraged to sign-up. We will also be accepting a limited number of NAVSOC, ARSOC, AFSOC teams to participate in the event.
After completing the event, there will be an After-Party, and awards presentation. Volunteers and family members will also be invited to attend this event.
