Please join Rooster Tavern, Mission 2Alpha, and the Marine Raider Foundation on April 24th from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Rooster Tavern in Scottsdale, Arizona to raise funds and awareness for the needs of military and first responder heroes! Rooster Tavern has once again partnered with M2A and the Marine Raider Foundation to support the Marine Raider and first responder communities. Join us on Saturday, April 24th from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.! We will have a raffle, live and silent auction, and some unique instant buy items! Tickets are FREE! Rooster Tavern will be donating a portion of fixed menu sales to both organizations, continuing their commitment to supporting the men, women and families who serve our communities and our Nation. Online bidding will be available for those of you unable to attend (please note that auction items including alcoholic beverages will not be available to ship).
The Mission2Alpha team has supported the Marine Raider Foundation since 2012, hosting a very successful inaugural event that empowered the Foundation to assist the Marine Raider/MARSOC (Marine Corps Forces Special Operations Command) community during a difficult summer where 8 brave men were killed in combat operations in Afghanistan during a very short 24-day period. The then MARSOC Foundation stood up in May of 2012 and had very limited funds available, and without the Mission2Alpha team (then operating as Free Wheel Foundation), would not have had the resources to help the families, fellow Marines and Sailors of these heroes.
Rooster Tavern has supported the Marine Raider Foundation for the past few years through the annual Scottsdale Gun Club event. Owner Jason Horton has graciously and generously expressed his support for our military and first responder heroes. Event attendees will be able to taste a menu that is “quite a few notches above your average bar food.”
